CNET Networks Inc. ("CNET") filed a baseless patent infringement lawsuit against Etilize in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. CNET alleges infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,714,933 and 7,082,426. Because CNET's complaint for patent infringement is baseless and wholly without merit.
