For example, we guarantee a 3-hour response time for all e-mail inquires and typically resolve issues within 24 hours. Extensive Data: We currently have over two million data sheets in our master repository. Each sheet is comprised of standardized one line descriptions generated from most popular attributes, consumer-friendly extended descriptions, marketing information highlighting main features, product specifications that describe core functionality and comprehensive product specifications for power users. Quality Assurance: Accuracy is a key differentiator between us and our competitors. We maintain complex QA systems which bring our accuracy to 99.9% of our SKUs. While no company can be perfect, we understand that in ecommerce there is no room for error. If our customers find a problem with our content, we are able to fix it within 24 hours. In addition to automated checks, we deploy two levels of quality assurance on product data sheets to ensure data quality. We track, monitor and report data errors in depth and constantly improve on them. We have invested in Six Sigma methodologies to keep improving content quality. Cost Reduction: The biggest impact we have on our customers is the reduced costs they enjoy from utilizing our content. Maintaining large catalogs of data is a core competency of ours. Customers can take their existing employees who are maintaining content and redeploy them into more useful parts of their organization. In addition, IT database resources will not have to focus on the content systems required as we will do it for them. Their customers notice an improvement on the experience from the use of consistently formatted data for all product lines they carry. Flexible Contracts: We are so confident in our offering that our contracts are completely flexible. We do not have restrictive contracts that bind you for years. In fact, for a small fee, our customers can retain the content they have downloaded with no need for an ongoing license.
